3D Heating Technology :

The crown inside the Aluminum lid acts as a hot-air reflector that rotates the air all around and enables 360O convection cooking. Food is cooked by the hot air rising from the flame directly inside the GOT. No need to turn the dishes once kept inside.

Aluminium & Glass Lid :

Dome-shaped Aluminium lid with see-through glass helps in observing the different stages of cooking.
It also traps and circulates the hot air for faster cooking. Special handle design helps to place the lid vertically after cooking, thus saving space in your kitchen.

Non-stick Tandoori Trays :

The bottom tray is used to cook cakes, gravies, and bhaji. The top tray is used to cook tandoori delicacies. High heat resistant non-stick coating on both trays enables low oil cooking and easy food release.

Bottom Steel Tray :

The enamel-coated steel tray should be placed at the base. All the fitments need to be placed on this tray before beginning to cooking. This tray has to be filled with 150 ml of water to maintain the moisture in the food for better results.
