Shipping Policy
• We deliver orders only within India. International shipping is not available.
• Orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
• The estimated shipping time is 0-7 days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order placement. However, delivery timelines are subject to courier company and postal service norms.
• LAXMI HOME APPLIANCES guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within the specified timeframe but is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or postal authorities.
• Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID upon successful delivery.
Exchange & Order Modification Policy
We allow product exchanges in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at orders@apnidukaan.com with order details and supporting images.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, if applicable.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of similar value or issue a store credit.
• Exchanges are not allowed for change of mind or incorrect selection by the buyer.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
• Any additions, changes in quantity, or specification modifications to an accepted order will be updated in the order details.
• All sales are final; however, order cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped.
• We reserve the right to cancel any accepted order before shipment under the following conditions:
• Our credit department does not approve the payment.
• Issues with the selected payment mode.
• Any other unforeseen issues affecting order processing.
• If an order is canceled before shipment due to payment or verification issues, we will notify the buyer and process the refund (if applicable).
