We Replace products sold only under the Following Conditions.
Damaged during transit
To avoid transit damage issues we take maximum care at all levels of dispatches of the order hence we have negligible transit damage claims We always recommend taking videos and photos while unboxing or opening your order courier packing, it will help us to analyze and improve packaging and transportation more.
In spite of that if you have received a damaged product due to transportation the following are the actions to be taken immediately by you.
Do's
1. Immediately inform us either by E-mail or Whatsapp details are given below within 48 hours from delivery received at your place.
2. Share videos and photos of the packaging and unboxing.
Dont's
Do not accept delivery if you find the packaging is not proper from the delivery courier person.
2. In the case of large appliances do not open the product until the company installer has not arrived for installation.
Once your transit damage claim is accepted by apnidukaan.com we will replace the product with a new one at no extra cost to you.
The new product will be dispatched only after receiving the transit damage product at the apnidukaan.com warehouse.
Apnidukaan.com will pick up the transit damaged product from your doorstep;
however, locations where we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us and the courier charges will be credited to you.
Incorrect Product
To avoid incorrect product issues we take maximum care at all levels of dispatches of the order hence we have negligible product issues claims We always recommend taking videos and photos while unboxing or opening your order courier packing, it will help us to analyze and improve packaging and transportation more.
In spite of that if you have received an incorrect product due to transportation the following are the actions to be taken immediately by you.

In case the customer fails to inform apnidukaan.com within the stipulated time frame, Apnidukaan.com reserves the right to accept or reject such a request at its discretion.
Apnidukaan.com will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is Out of Stock or Discontinued by the manufacturer.
We Change the Product in the Following Condition
Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details
All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped.
We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.
Cancellation of Order by apnidukaan.com
Apnidukaan.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product due to any of the below reasons:
- Technical issues related to pricing information.
- Non-availability of the product(s).
- Payment problem identified by the Fraud Detection Department.
This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
